  • Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until raw smell disappears.
  • Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook till the oil separates.
  • Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of Chukde Dal Makhani Masala (adjust to taste).
  • Mix well and sauté the masala until aromatic.
  • Add the boiled dal and rajma along with some of the cooking water to adjust consistency.
  • Simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes for the flavors to blend.
  • Finish with a dollop of fresh cream or butter for richness.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
