Spicy Vegetable Masala Oats Recipe – Favorite Breakfast!

Every morning begins with the same question: “What should I make for breakfast?”
If you're bored of the usual poha or upma, here’s a quick and flavorful fix – Masala Vegetable Oats, made in desi style with a fun twist of Chukde Spices.

Let’s Cook!

Start by heating a bit of ghee in a pan – it gives a lovely aroma and flavor. Add jeera, let them splutter, then toss in chopped onions and green chillies. Sauté for a bit, then add your favorite veggies. I went with corn, beans, and capsicum, but you can use anything lying in your fridge.

Now comes the real flavor punch –

Add Chukde Red Chilli Powder, Haldi, dhania powder, and Salt. Stir well and throw in some chopped tomatoes. Let this cook until the tomatoes soften.

Pour in about 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Once bubbling, add rolled oats and cook till they soak up all the masala and soften.

Here’s the twist: Finish with a dash of Chukde Piri Piri Masala and chopped fresh coriander.
Boom – spicy, warm, and absolutely satisfying!
