Origin

Sesame Seeds are the oldest oilseed plants in the world. The plants grown in tropical regions are said to have been originated in the East Indies. Unhulled Sesame Seeds can be both black or brown. The unhulled seeds have more nutritional benefits than the ones with their hulls removed.
