- Sprouted moong
- Green chilli

- Gram flour (besan)

- Lemon juice
- Chukde Spices: Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dhania powder, sendha namak, roasted jeera powder, black pepper powder
- Oil for shallow fry or air fry
Method
- In a blender, grind green chilli, ginger, garlic, and coriander leaves.
- Add sprouted moong and pulse into a coarse paste.
- Mix in suji, besan, oats, chopped onion, sesame seeds, and lemon juice.
- In a separate bowl, combine Chukde spices – red chilli, turmeric, coriander, sendha namak, roasted cumin, and black pepper. Add them to the mixture.
- Add fresh coriander and mix everything well. Shape into cutlets.
- Shallow fry in a pan or air fry until golden and crisp.
