Looking for a quick, healthy, and crispy snack? Sprouts cutlet is the perfect choice. It’s light, protein-packed, and full of flavor. Let’s see how you can make it at home with simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Method

  1. In a blender, grind green chilli, ginger, garlic, and coriander leaves.
  2. Add sprouted moong and pulse into a coarse paste.
  3. Mix in suji, besan, oats, chopped onion, sesame seeds, and lemon juice.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine Chukde spices – red chilli, turmeric, coriander, sendha namak, roasted cumin, and black pepper. Add them to the mixture.
  5. Add fresh coriander and mix everything well. Shape into cutlets.
  6. Shallow fry in a pan or air fry until golden and crisp.

And that’s it! Your crispy, healthy sprouts cutlet is ready to serve with chutney or ketchup.
