Who says tasty snacks can't be healthy? These Soyabeans Cheese Nuggets are packed with protein and flavor. If you’re craving something delicious, but also want to keep it healthy, this recipe is perfect for you! Here's how you can make these crispy, cheesy nuggets using Chukde Soyabean Wadi.

Ingredients ❤️

Instructions 📝

  1. Prepare the Soyabean Wadi: Start by soaking Chukde Soyabean Wadi in hot water for about 30 minutes. Once it has expanded and softened, drain out the excess water and blend it in a jar until smooth.
  2. Prepare the Veggies and Spices: In a chopper, finely chop onion, green chilies, ginger, garlic, fresh coriander, and paneer. This will give your nuggets a lovely texture and flavor.
  3. Mix Everything: In a large mixing bowl, combine the blended soyabean, chopped veggies, and paneer. Add besan, rice flour, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and green chutney. Mix everything well to form a smooth dough.
  4. Shape the Nuggets: Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls. For a cheesy surprise, stuff a small cube of cheese in the center of each ball.
  5. Cook the Nuggets: Air fry the nuggets at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes, or until they turn golden and crispy from the outside while staying soft and cheesy inside.
  6. Serve: Enjoy your crispy, protein-packed Soyabeans Cheese Nuggets with your favorite chutney or dip!

Why Chukde Spices?

For that extra punch of flavor, you can add some Chukde Spices, which are the perfect seasoning to elevate these nuggets. Our ground spices like Chukde Red Chili Powder, Black Pepper, and Coriander Powder are sure to make the nuggets even more flavorful.
