How to Make Vrat Wale Chatpate Aloo

  1. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan.
  2. Add Chukde Sabut Jeera, chopped green chilli, and grated ginger. Let it crackle.
  3. Add crushed peanuts and roast slightly.
  4. Toss in boiled and roughly mashed potatoes (about 3 medium-sized).
  5. Sprinkle Chukde Sendha Namak to taste. Mix everything well.
  6. Now add Chukde Bhuna Jeera Powder and Chukde Black Pepper Powder.
  7. Give it a good stir and let it cook on low flame. You can cover it for 5 minutes for deeper flavor.
  8. Once you see it turning golden and crisp, switch off the flame.
  9. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and give it a quick toss.
