Ingredients:

  • Curd – 1/2 cup
  • Haldi Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Dhania Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Mustard Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
  • Paneer – 250 gm (cut into cubes)
  • Sliced Onion – 1
  • Sliced Capsicum – 1/2
  • Chopped Green Chilli – 1
  • Fresh Coriander – 1 tbsp
  • Green Chutney – 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp

Instructions:

Marinate the Paneer

Start by taking curd in a bowl. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and mix everything well. Then, roast Chukde’s whole spices in a pan, grind them, and add the fresh garam masala to the bowl. Follow it with salt, mustard oil, and ginger garlic paste.

Now, add the paneer cubes and mix it all together. Let the mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Paneer

Heat some mustard oil in a pan and add the marinated paneer. Cook it until it gets a nice golden color and becomes firm. While cooking the paneer, you can also sauté sliced onions, capsicum, and green chilies for a crunchy touch.

Assemble the Roll & Wrap It Up

Take a soft paratha (a lachha paratha works perfectly) and spread some green chutney and tomato sauce. Place the cooked paneer mixture on top and garnish with fresh coriander.

Add a few slices of onion for extra flavor, roll it up, and your Paneer Kathi Roll is ready to enjoy!
