Let’s be honest—salads don’t always scream “yum.” But what if your salad tasted like chaat? Sweet, tangy, spicy, and packed with protein? This recipe is exactly that—healthy and addictive!

It’s got paneer for protein, boiled chane (or chole) for fiber, and a mix of veggies you love.

Here’s how I made it:

I sautéed paneer and boiled chane in a bit of oil. Then added Chukde haldi, Kashmiri mirch, black pepper, and garam masala. Tossed in chopped veggies, a dash of salt, a good squeeze of lemon juice, a touch of honey for sweetness, and finally sprinkled some chaat masala on top. Boom—flavour bomb!

The result? It tastes just like chaat but without the guilt. Great for lunch, post-workout, or even evening snacking.

  • Paneer cubes
  • Boiled chane or chole
  • Veggies of your choice (cucumber, tomato, onion, capsicum, etc.)
  • Chukde Haldi, Kashmiri Mirch, Black Pepper, Garam Masala
  • Salt, Lemon juice, Honey
  • Chaat masala
