If you’re a chai lover, this Khari Snack recipe is going to be your new obsession. It’s crisp, light, and so addictive that you’ll end up making a big batch every time. The best part? It’s super easy to prepare!

I’m using Chukde Carom Seeds (Ajwain) and Chukde Pink Salt for that finest, fresh, and aromatic flavor. These two simple ingredients take this snack from good to unforgettable.

Here’s how you make it:

  1. In a bowl, mix 2 cups of all-purpose flour, Chukde Pink Salt, and Chukde Carom Seeds.
  2. Add 3–4 tbsp oil and rub it in well.
  3. Slowly add water to make a tight dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Divide into small balls, roll out thin rotis, and prepare a slurry with flour + ghee or butter.
  5. Brush the slurry on each roti, layer them, fold, and roll again.
  6. Cut into your favourite shapes.
  7. Fry on low flame in medium-hot oil until golden and crispy.

Pair it with hot masala chai, and you’ll know why I call this the perfect chai-time snack.
