Method

  1. Roast Spices: On low flame, dry roast whole dhania, jeera, dry red chili, and black pepper until aromatic.
  2. Grind: Coarsely grind the roasted spices in a mortar-pestle (imaan-dasta)or grinder.
  3. Mix: In a bowl, add boiled potato slices, onion, tomato, and the ground masala.
  4. Flavor: Add imli ka pani, chat masala, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Garnish & Serve: Finish with fresh coriander leaves and serve instantly.

This dish is oil-free, spicy, and full of authentic Bihari flavor.
