When sweet corn hits the market, it’s hard to resist. At my house, we often make this Garlic Sweet Corn recipe two to three times a week. It's simple to prepare, and the flavor is absolutely irresistible! Here's how you can make this delicious snack at home.

Ingredients You’ll Need:

Step-by-Step Preparation:

  1. Boil the Sweet Corn: Start by removing the husks from the sweet corn. Place a pot on the stove, add the sweet corn, and pour in some water. Cover the pot and let it boil for 10-15 minutes. If you prefer, you can also use a pressure cooker for this step. Once done, take the corn out and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a separate bowl, take 3 tablespoons of butter. Add a teaspoon of garlic paste, finely chopped green chili, and fresh coriander leaves. Then, sprinkle Chukde Spices Pizza Seasoning and Chukde Spices Chilli Flakes for that perfect balance of flavors. These spices will give your dish a rich, aromatic taste with the right amount of heat and zest. Mix everything well.
  3. Coat the Corn with the Garlic Butter: Once the sweet corn is cooled down, take each cob and coat it generously with the garlic butter mixture. Be sure to apply it evenly for the best taste!
  4. Grill for the Perfect Smoky Flavor: To bring out that smoky flavor, you can either refrigerate the coated sweet corn for 5-10 minutes or, like me, directly grill it on the stove. When grilling, keep the heat moderate and don’t overcook the corn, as it can burn and spoil the flavor.
