Here’s how I make:
Toss some fresh cucumber, coriander, mint leaves into a blender. Add Chukde Chaat Masala, roasted cumin powder, a pinch of moti saunf (fennel), a little salt, and a splash of water. Blend it smooth.
Now take some curd in a bowl, whisk it, add the blended mix to it, and beat again. Add more water to get the consistency you like. Finally, mix in a pinch of kasuri methi for that beautiful earthy aroma. Serve it chilled and feel your body go ahhh.
