  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, mix sabudana powder, grated boiled potatoes, peanut powder, jeera, sendha namak, black pepper powder, green chilli, and chopped coriander.
  3. Shape the Fries: Grease your hands with a little ghee, take small portions, and shape them into fries.
  4. Fry Until Crisp: Deep-fry in hot oil on medium flame until they turn golden and crispy.

Serve hot with vrat-friendly chutney or plain curd.
