What You'll Need:
- ½ cup sabudana – ground into powder
- 2 boiled potatoes – grated
- 4–5 tsp roasted peanut powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- Sendha namak (rock salt) – as per taste
- ¼ tsp black pepper powder
- 1 green chilli – finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander – chopped
- Ghee or oil – for frying
How to Make It:
- Make Sabudana Powder: First, grind dry sabudana into a fine powder using a mixer.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, mix sabudana powder, grated boiled potatoes, peanut powder, jeera, sendha namak, black pepper powder, green chilli, and chopped coriander.
- Shape the Fries: Grease your hands with a little ghee, take small portions, and shape them into fries.
- Fry Until Crisp: Deep-fry in hot oil on medium flame until they turn golden and crispy.
