Corn Palak is a delightful blend of spinach and corn, infused with aromatic spices that will surely tantalize your taste buds. Here’s a simple, easy-to-follow recipe:

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Boil Spinach: Start by boiling 500 gm of spinach (palak) and make a smooth puree after it’s cooked.
  2. Prepare the Base: Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a kadhai (pan). Add jeera (cumin) and let it sizzle.
  3. Add Onions & Ginger-Garlic Paste: Add onion paste and sauté for a minute. Add 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste and cook until golden brown.
  4. Spice it Up: Add Chukde haldi powder, red chilli powder, and coriander powder to the kadhai. Mix well.
  5. Tomato Puree: Add tomato puree and cook for 5-10 minutes on a low flame to allow the masala to cook through.
  6. Add Palak Puree: Now, add the prepared palak puree and a little water to the pan. Let it simmer.
  7. Seasoning: Add 1 tablespoon Chukde Kitchen King Masala and salt to taste.
  8. Add Boiled Corn: Add the boiled corn kernels and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  9. Creamy Touch: If you prefer, add 2 tablespoons of fresh cream to give a rich texture.
  10. Tadka: In a separate pan, heat desi ghee. Add whole coriander and red chilies. Add chopped garlic and fry till golden brown. Pour this tempering (tadka) over the corn palak.
  11. Serve: Your Corn Palak is ready to serve! Enjoy it with roti, rice, or naan.
