Anardana is made from dried pomegranate seeds. These seeds and surrounding pulp called arils range from white to deep red. The seeds are separated from the pulp and dried for 10-15 days to get Anardana. It is originated from India.
Anardana Powder has a distinct sweet-sour flavour.
Anardana is used to sour chutneys in India as well as in pastries and bread in the Middle East. It is sprinkled over salads or to garnish dips like hummus and tahini.
We get all our spices from the most authentic sources, working closely with local farms and following ethical practices.
Our spices go through 27 chemical and microbial tests before entering the processing unit.
All the chosen spices then go under a 7-day fumigation process to further get rid of any unwanted substances.
